1、 Product Introduction:

2、 Structure
The hammer crusher consists of a casing, rotor, striking plate, hammer head, bracket, lining plate, etc. Hammer crusher feed particle size: ≤ 1200mm; Processing capacity: 50-800T/H; Applicable materials: limestone, coal, salt, Baiya, gypsum, alum, bricks, tiles, coal gangue, etc. It is also used to break down fiber structures, and to recycle asbestos fibers from waste materials such as broken wood, paper, or crushed asbestos cement with strong elasticity and toughness.
3、 Working principle
The electric motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed inside the crushing chamber. The material is fed into the machine from the upper feeding port and crushed by the impact, shearing, and grinding of a high-speed moving hammer. At the lower part of the rotor, there is a sieve plate. The particles smaller than the sieve hole size in the crushed material are discharged through the sieve plate, while the coarse particles larger than the sieve hole size are retained on the sieve plate and continue to be hit and ground by the hammer. Finally, they are discharged through the sieve plate machine.
4、 Performance characteristics:
1. The hammer crusher has a large feed particle size and a small discharge particle size, transforming from three-stage crushing to one-stage crushing, completely achieving low-cost operation of one top and two breaks. Therefore, it can reduce costs by 35%. It is a device with low energy consumption and low investment.
2. Hammer crusher, also known as boulder crusher, is a mechanical principle that uses ordinary hammer crushers, impact crushers, vertical axis hammer crushers, and various hammer heads (plate hammers) to strike and crush stone materials.
